ABOUT MERAKI

In 2016 Iona left her native Scotland heading to India to complete her yoga teacher training, She took the chance to visit neighbouring Sri Lanka where by serendipity, fate or chance she met Kavishka on the South coast, love blossomed and the rest as they say is history.

The essence of both of their cultures is their love of family and creating a space that feels like home, a space where perhaps you will leave a little piece of your Soul behind

Meraki has been built with so much care, thought, love and attention to detail. Many local craftsmen have been part of the build family and the result is exactly what they envisioned but even better.

Their wish is that when you step into Meraki on your travels, you can rest a while & feel like you have come home.
