Booking Policies
Cancellation Policy:

Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to the date of arrival: No fee

Bookings cancelled between 29 and 14 days prior to the date of arrival: 50%

Bookings cancelled within 14 days prior to the date of arrival: 100%

No shows: 100%
-
Reservations can be modified free of charge (subject to availability) up until 30 days prior to your original check-in date.

If your new booking value is greater than the original booking value, the difference will be charged at the time of change.

If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent will not be refunded

Children

Children under 12 months stay free - a cot is available on request (ground-floor room)

For children aged 1-6 years old, please contact us (assessed on case-to-case basis)

Children above 6 are welcome to stay, however we cannot accommodate more than 2 guests per room.

Please book an additional room for more than 2 guests/children.

Be aware that we have a pool on our premise that requires children to be supervised at all times.

Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum

The room rate is on the basis of the room category selected, irrespective of number of guests (1 or 2 guests per room).

Transfers and activities

The management team will be delighted to assist with arranging transfers, excursions and activities.

Liability

The hotel's liability shall be limited to wilful acts and gross negligence by its employees or agents.

Therefore, at Meraki, its employees and agents do not accept responsibility for any death, personal injury, damage or loss of personal belongings unless it is caused by any fault of their own, meaning failure to use reasonable skill and care in performing duties.

Third Party Liability

The hotel, its staff and agents do not accept any liability for services rendered by third parties to guests, notwithstanding that such services may be arranged by its staff or agents.

Any claim, demand, charge, suit or damages which may be incurred by the guests shall be made directly with such third parties and the hotel shall render all reasonable assistance in this regard.

Please note, while there are security guards, the hotel cannot take any responsibility for the safety of valuables on the premises.

Pool

The hotel does not have a lifeguard or pool fence.

The pool is used by guests at their own risk.
-
All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied while at the pool.

Please do not bring glass or breakables to the pool area.
-
Pool hours are from 8am-9pm.

Noise
-
No parties are permitted on the premises and due to the peaceful nature of the property all guests are requested to respect the 8pm ‘quiet time’ policy.
